Purpose
The company acts as a central ownership and venture-building platform. Its role is to identify opportunities, scratch and shape ideas from the beginning, plan project structures, design concepts, finance or arrange financing, monitor implementation delivered by Ain Meem Administration and appointed contractors, and own equity in the projects it creates.
Group Model
Bin Sayyah Holdings may establish separate holding companies for different groups of investors. Each holding company can own selected projects, while Bin Sayyah Holdings owns a percentage in each structure. Ain Meem Administration may manage the projects under contract, allowing ownership, management, suppliers, contractors, and project companies to have clear roles.
