Investor Participation Model
For different investor groups, Bin Sayyah Holdings may establish separate holding companies. Each holding company can carry a group of selected projects. Bin Sayyah Holdings may own a different percentage in each holding company depending on the project, investor participation, financing model, and ownership structure.
Management Structure
Ain Meem Administration may act as the management company for projects based on formal contracts. This allows investors to participate in project ownership while day-to-day management, coordination, reporting, and operations are handled professionally.
